Much of Scott's focus was on helping local insurance agents develop plans and sales strategies to grow their business and improve capacity. Now Scott helps a variety of different businesses create integrated business development plans, including marketing and sales strategies.

Ginny's expertise in Architectural Hardware is based on 30 years of hands-on experience....first in retail sales and installations, then as a distributor's outside salesperson, and now as a manufacturer’s representative. She has knowledge of, and experience in all levels of the market. Her success in hardware sales comes from strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, dealers, installers and project owners.
Ginny is a proud alumni of the University of Connecticut, with a BS in Marketing and an MBA. She is a long-term member of the Board of Directors and is currently Vice President of the Yankee Security Convention, a regional trade show for the hardware and security industry. Ginny is also actively involved with North Bennet Street School, a 125 year old trade school in the heart of Boston. She is currently on the Advisory Committee for their Locksmith program. When she is not at work, you can find Ginny on a golf course or a tennis court.

Southern New EnglandColleen joined Newbury Sales Group, LLC. in June of 2013. She joined us with nearly a decade of electronic access control experience ranging from specifying door hardware, installing it and maintaining the systems behind it. Both her previous positions at Quinnipiac University and Trinity College have given her an unwavering commitment to customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve issues and win customer loyalty. Colleen is a graduate of Central Connecticut University with a degree in Psychology. When she isn’t working with customers in Southern New England she enjoys spending time at home in Connecticut with her husband and their two daughters.
